Nice job! Being among the better RDs ever made, I'd agree that a QuietKey in otherwise good shape is worthy of re-pristine-itizing.

I’m amazed.  It looks mint now.  These old boards clean up so well with just soap water and some scrubbing.

  So in one week I’ve managed to get the NIB at101w, a 92 model M (which after cleaning looks brand new, and only had 2 broken rivets), and this now lovely QuietKey!

Where's the Before Picture ! ??

I KNOW, RIGHT!?  I was positive I took a photo. 

This was my only takeaway from the electronics recycling center in Memphis.  I looked through 3 pallets of keyboards... this was the best I found.  Unfortunately, nothing mechanical in the bunch.

It looked like someone took a dump on the arrow cluster, and there was a black sharpie line on the front.  Lots of fuzz under the keycaps (like someone had shaved a mouse in it), and all of the stabilizers had gummy substances on them.  It was nasty. Most of the keyboard appeared to be yellowed.  But apparently it all cleaned off with hot water, soap, and a scotch pad.  I'm pissed that I didn't get a photo
