This morning, free egg/ham/cheese biscuits

Lunch Time,  free pizza, xtracheese/pepperoni

Right before close, the other office had leftover meatball sausage pasta someone brought over..


Sigh..............


I had my finger on Installing the Dominos app just now..




Held it there for a whole 2 minutes..  Finally decided to let go..

This ULTRA-Intense Memory of eating this stuff spinning in my mind..



If it didn't cause Cancer/HeartDisease/Diabetes/Stroke,   like if it only caused Diabetes and Stroke,   I might've given in.. hahahahahaha

You can put as much meat on it as you want,  as long as it fits on the tortilla, it counts as 1 taco.. !!

Well... part of the --veggie movement--  is that, we NOW have the stern science which explains what's happening to one's body from eating animal-products.

The While-You-Can aspect of choice, now takes on a different meaning.


You have the right to choose your personal level of risk,   But it's also important to give a step back when NEW-science reveals relevant quotients which dramatically alter that risk-calculation.

Tp4 prefers shrimp chips these days.. hahahaha.. but hurd eating too many can cause acute gastritis.

So eat less meat and more veggies? There is no way I can give up meat 100% but maybe I could eat more veggies. So many temptations. I'd almost have to move to another country.

It's been so long since you've eaten that stuff that it probably wouldn't taste great if you did succumb. It's the same way pop/soda/cola doesn't taste good when you haven't had it in a year, I'd imagine. At least, that's what you can tell yourself to assuage the temptation.

There's a new movie coming out "The Game Changer" produced by James Cameron (Avatar),  explaining how the top world athletes are now making the switch to "Vegan Plant Based" and they've all significantly improved their performance.

So, the benefit is quite immediate. 


The harm and danger of animal product consumption is no longer up for debate.



But, in our modern Pleasure Loop,  unlimited alcohol/ secs/ drugs/ Popeyes Fried Chicken,  It's a situation of Polysubstance-dependence.

As in, our hedonistic perception is desensitized and warped by Multiple super-normal stimuli.

So, even if some people manage to reduce deleterious consumption in ONE aspect,  if they compensate and keep their pleasure sensitivity LOW by increasing engagement of OTHER Pleasurable behaviors, they will continue to feel that roller-coaster of emotions/desire in their life driving them toward risk and impulsiveness, which then may land them back on toxic animal products  .



Coffee addicts who quit, but started popping cocacola.  Smokers who quit, but eats potato chips non-stop,  Heroin addicts who quit heroin, but became obese on chocolates.

This is the next barrier for perhaps not Veganism rather social scientists..
