The GOT S8 was for me the biggest disappointment of recent years.

I think the last season was a bit rushed, but ending was pretty good.
It didn't end like fairytale, it ended.. like in real life it could end.. me thinks.

Must say, it doesn't FEEEL like Game of Thrones ended..

perhaps I just haven't come to terms yet..   like when firefly was canceled, and my life was ruined.

when something you've been so invested in ends with such a whimper it doesn't really feel like it's over because your brain is not satisfied

with Firefly the way they left it you expected more, tons of open threads and unresolved plots (most of which the movie ignored or glazed over) so your brain was waiting for that next hit
