Am Tp4 allergic to almonds ??

Ate some almonds today.

Not a huge amount, but more than ever previously.

Now Tp4's elbow joint hurts.  Rapid onset Arthritis resultant of almond protein triggered autoimmune response ??

Thoughts, ne medics in the house ?

Go buy more almonds and eat them

If you die, you are allergic. If you don't die then you are good to go.

Pinch the toe, if capillary refill is all good then you good G. If not than yes you ded.
