or stop using windows, 5 years of uptime and applied patches with linux
(OK it is "bad" practice, but you can replace the old kernel in memory and so update with no reboot)
Windows is just the wrong OS for a server, well it is the wrong OS pretty much anywhere where you want things to work properly nowadays with 10 and its forced updates.

Meanwhile, The Servers runs 24/7 over 3 years of uptime.
And servers do take "naps" too, they do not run 100% all the time, they do garbage collection and other maintenance stuff pretty much like human when they sleep, they just do it much more often for much less time at once, like every ms for a few ns. you are not that outdated, you just bunch up all the garbage collection all at once every day
