How to order from Taobao.com?

This site has pretty interesting stuff, but It's in Chinese so I don't know how to navigate. Google translator doesn't do the best best job at it. Can anyone write up a guide on how to navigate around? Similar to this one for pchome.com.

You can't buy directly unless you have a bank account in China (maybe Hong Kong) and a South east asia address for the seller to ship to.  You will need to use a taobao agent.  Try obook or taobaobee or other taobao agents.

Just use one of those sites to get what you need. Also google buyfromtaobao That's the one I recently used.

Hmm that makes sense. THESE are the caps I'm super jealous of, and they're not sold here. He is from Brazil (I've shipped stuff to him before), and he still got those that originated from China.

Those caps were a GB from imsto who works for/at KBC and you could send any image to him and he makes it.

That same thing is still available on taobao, without someone to do the heavy work and pay + ship out the product without charge a GB would be expensive through a taobao agent.

Lastly taobao has tons of item thats not available even though they say they are, you have to keep asking sellers if they have it or not.

I am using taobaobee.com atm. They seem to have very good service. They answer all questions in 24hrs and sometimes have live chat available.

1. Good service fees 5-10%, (and the shipping discounts of 40-50% which most Taobao agents i have seen offer)
2. Supports both USD and Euro
3. They have a guide, with plugins and explanations on how to shop on Taobao on their site, which helps to understand what those diamonds and red and green % signs mean..
4. Great service. A very nice chick running the site.
5. I have ordered twice, and i actually got the stuff i ordered, which is not always the case when you deal online.. believe me.. i know..

Taobaospree.com is also a good one. I used that one before, and they also have very good service, but they do not offer Euro as a currency and they have a fixed service fee at 10%, so for me it is a lesser option, since i live in Europe. But i can recommend that one too. You will get your items..

Both of them are sites where you need to find the items on Taobao yourself, not like some others that crawl parts of Taobao and post products on their sites, like bhiner.com does, for example.

at first,you need to register ,there are some difficult  for foreigner

Shouldnt be. Tbh I have spent more than 1k USD on taobao for clothing and stuff. Never had a bad experience form em. Mayb you are just unlucky/ you didnt pick the right seller.

I wasn't asking I was being sarcastic....I was trying to say it's it's not hard at all to use tabao with an agent. And I was going to write up a review of the agents I used but never did.

Basically,  it comes down to,  You need to be level 7 Azn and above, to order from Taobao.

On a more serious note, I've only went through a taobao agent once, with horrible experience. I only got half my order, and communication was hard.

May i ask which part make you confused?
In my opinion, the payment is the most complicate thing, because you have to pay in CNY. Other stuff are not that difficult, use google translation will work very well.
I will suggest, if you wanna communicate with the seller, first you told them you are not CHinese speaker and ask them to be a little bit more patient, that will helps a lot.
