14.5 lbs of batteries

Show Image

...uhu... Why?
They were on sale :D
What're you gonna use all those batteries for? 0_o
Well the D size will be used in flashlights and lanterns, C in a few of the kids toys and a few electronics like radios and the AA and AAA in kids toys and remotes.

These should last us a good while.

Don't batteries degrade in quality over time even if they're not in use or plugged in to an electronic device?

These babies and blank black TKL set came from WASD. Pretty thin ABS-plastic, but they'll do their job.

Also new mouse mats are coming, then I'm gonna post cool desktop setup. I  did also new desk myself, so stunning cleanliness is going to be here soon

It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. That is "Nordic" layout. First column is Swedish/Finnish, second is Norwegian and third is Danish.
On the Novatouch with Nordic layout (which is also from CM Storm), there is only the lower row...

Now, try to parse the symbols on this key  (from the "Nordic"-layout Novatouch but the key on the QFR is almost the same):

Cherry toxic would be great.
Although I guess you could try GMK as they do have colours that are similar to these ones.
GMK is pretty much the same as cherry since they have their tooling.

That is what happens when I take pictures using a lamp after a night of soldering. It really isn't that far off though, that one picture I posted in the photography thread is just about perfect when it comes to color.

I got my first mechanical keyboard yesterday. Sorry for the pics, I only have my phone to take pics.

I'm a little disappointed right now with the keyboard for 1 thing, I didn't get the alternate space bare with the ducky on it. I had to contact NCIX to have them try to fine one and ship it to me. If they can't send me on I might send the keyboard back. I'm not sure yet.

I guess they are actually saving a lot of money if you think about how much it saves them by eliminating another space bar from all future packages.

I don't think eliminating including 1 blank spacebar would save them a ton of money. A thin abs spacebar has to only be a few cents.

Sorry, I looked on the market but didn't see any shine 3 for sale. I would have bought yours if I would have saw it because I feel like I payed too much for mine (EDIT: I just looked at your ads and it's red LED, red and green are my two least favorite one). I was scared of it going out of stock as it looks like they don't stay in stock for too long, and I really don't like the Shine 4. And I'm in Canada so my options are limited, shipping to me might have cost me over what I payed.

NCIX has the keyboard with a picture of the Ducky spacebare, they said they will contact their supplier and try to get one shipped to me. I will check with them again tomorrow and will let you guys know how it went.

returning a keyboard because it didnt come with a ****ty spacebar that has a duck on it?

lol.

I know it sounds pretty stupid, I guess I payed a lot for it and didn't get what I was expecting and that frustrated me. I'm sure I will keep the keyboard, I over reacted. I could order and blank one or something. Just didn't expect to sped money on the keyboard right away.

You have any website suggestion to where I could buy a replacement spacebar? Thanks :)

Today I got my HHKB, some caps, new socks, and springs (I got these yesterday).

They're richer poorer socks, after a day I don't like them as much as darn tough but they are really comfy.
