Hahaha, it is a bit wordy.    :-[    I had to apologize profusely for being so late with the candy, and then give my heartfelt, sappy love letter along with the BroBot.   :-*   It was hard to let 'em go, alright??  :D

I've never sent you anything!  If I sent you a package, I would probably include a poorly written letter for you.

Courtesy of seņor Bunz and the CtrlAlt team. This thing seriously radiates quality, I expected it to be nice but this is a whole other level. I cleaned up a touch with some Nevr-Dull and it looks incredible! Thank you so much to everyone on the CtrlAlt team!!

As a side note, this keychain may pose a problem for me. I am really kind of digging the feel of the white(?) alps switch. Enough so that I'm debating picking up an Alps/Matias board.  :))

Looked like a love proposal from Hoff, ha ha ha!

It is good that it arrived in December and not February, with the letter and the chocolate.

I hope you like chocolate!!   :))

Also, sorry for the extreme tardiness on the Halloween treat exchange portion of that package.....   :-[

I like chocolate, especially dark chocolate, so good call on that. That one with cranberries is really tasty. And those chocolate balls (I found no other way to describe them) with the peanuts and bit of orange flavour are great.
I never send chocolates, but now that I have seen that they survive a intercontinental flight, I will think about it if I take part in a similar exchange (as a Belgian I have access to some nice chocolates as well)

Oh, the bot sits nicely on my Leopold, on the Insert as that one has a LED to provide it with extra light.

IIRC it was a limited run of 5 that sold out instantly.
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

You know Jack Mills, I'd never expects chocolate to survive a long haul flight. This is interesting although the Kit Kat noisy sent me was ok - I thought Kit Kat survived because of the compact air right bag, never would I imagine a box of chocolate would survived.

I never expected it either. Each time I talk about it with a chocolatier (don't know if there's an English word for chocolates maker) they tell me it is not feasible to ship, due to temperature and pressure during flights. These were not packed air tight, just wrapped in bubble wrap. They looked nice and are still tasty.

Dude vinyl > digital.  That goes away as the vinyl gets worn out, but it's a warmer sound and feels more organic, probably due to the minor imperfections you get in vinyl.  I used to be an unbeliever until I heard it again in college.

Looks amazing! Mine's in the mail right now - same thing with blank caps.:D

I have that same gasmask but for MX! I'm surprised by how good it looks on the HHKB. Grats!

welcome to the winning team
It feels so nice! I wish I had my Ergodox with me so I could compare it to ergo clears but I will have to wait until Monday.

quick comparison

ergo clears - rubbish
topre - sexy
I have my clear poker with me and just feeling it now makes me sad :( I

Really? I just got my HHKB and I'm having trouble deciding if I like ergo clears or topre more. The biggest difference for me is the backspace placement and the change in profile (I was using DSA).
People in the 1980s, in general, were clearly just better than we are now in every measurable way.

The dumber the reason the more it must be done

I like DCS a lot more, and the backspace is really throwing me off as well.

I like cherry the most but I'm faster on DSA.
