Got a couple of posters.

Show Image

The delivery guy handed me the package bent. They were posters. It said do not bend on them :( There was definite bending.
It does however seemed that the bending at the door was  not too bad. It's sad that they came all that way only to fail at the last hurdle.
This is epic and I want one.

I rescued my Booper caps today, didn't rush and get them yesterday as this little lot won't look right with Hack'd and my Hyperfuse has not been sent yet.

This was a big mistake though because Booper surprised my with one of her "Spirit of GH" caps too, and this one looks great with Hack'd! (too good for rainy-day potato pics...)

These pics don't do the caps justice at all, especially the Cosmonaut who's covered in sparkly space dust

Thanks Booper, these are definitely worth the wait :thumb:

How? Where? I need one next to my MX screenprint by hydrospell.
Well I was making them to hopefully accompany the prints by hydrospell. But I'm not quite sure if these are of comparable quality yet. I'm also not quite sure of the best way to get these to people without them getting bent. These are A3 as well if you can't tell from the photo.

Tubes. I have received a ****load of art that way over the last 15 years. Get me one!
My wife I a also push her button . But now she have her button push by a different men. So I buy a keyboard a mechanicale, she a reliable like a Fiat.

Razer DA that I snagged from ali for about 16 bucks. Will probably become an LED soldering exercise, but I really do love DA's

100 pack of 400nm UV-purple LEDs. Photographing them and my reactor core bro is nearly impossible.

EDIT: Don't buy deathadders on the cheap from ali. Device mangler says it's an "ELECOM USB Mouse" and razer management software does not detect it. Also, the mouse 4 and 5 are reversed, so browsing forward/backward is reversed. Oh well.

Wow suicidal_orange you went from originally thinking you weren't going to get a cap to ended up with 4 booper's! That lilac will look awesome with hack'd by geeks or maybe skidata+ that's coming out, congrats. :thumb:

My mom's Unicomp Ultra Classic arrived. It was going to be a quit-smoking goal, but her old keyboard started not working intermittently, so I knew we had to do something. So instead she's getting her Sony MDR-V6/7506 as a quit smoking goal (probably be more effective, given how often she borrows mine) and got the Ultra Classic as a birthday gift instead.

Yeah, we figured with her eyesight the way it was, the high contrast and large print were worth the extra 5 bucks. She already likes it too, even though she really hasn't had a chance to use it. As hard as she pounded on the MX Blues, the BS switches still slow her fingers down enough that she does not bottom out at all.

That's awesome!  I wonder if they'll just set the cap set?  I could quickly retrofit an M for both my parents.  They would LOVE this.

I got in touch with Unicomp last night and this is what they had to say about a keycap set for an IBM M:
Code: [Select]
Unfortunately, we cannot manufacture a 101-key keyboard in the UltraClassic frame. We can manufacture a 104-key keyboard in the UltraClassic frame with the bright white large font keys.

To purchase the 104-key keyboard:
http://www.pckeyboard.com/page/product/UB4041A

Add one Customization Fee:
http://www.pckeyboard.com/page/product/CUSTOM
In the "Customization" field, please add "White Large Font button set".

We do not have a large white spacebar so if you choose the above keyboard, your keyboard will have a gray spacebar.

You're lucky you got the white spacebar as it seems like they're out of those.  Are the keys a single piece with stem built-in?
