I hear this daily when people are complaining to the purchasing director and he says everything is on the truck.

Flyersfan1 and I recently experienced a fun adventure with USPS:

Zero updates after he left the package out for the postman to pick up, leading us to believe it might have been stolen, and then a delivered notification 30 minutes before it actually happened.

In the end though, a 104UB-DK with a pink cap set is now in my hands:

Now to wait for my blue set from widebasket to arrive so I can mix the two together.

It's a 1.25 Ctrl key.  'looks like he used the Tab as his left Ctrl key since the kb has a non-standard bottom row (1.5 - 1 - 1.25 - 6.5 - 1.25 - 1 - 1 - 1.5).

The right Ctrl is still a 1.25 Ctrl key.

That's exactly it, thanks for explaining for me.
Also if you're wondering why, it's because the gap on the bottom bothered me more than by the tab because that's where my FPS hand goes!

Not enough for two though.

Grats on the find :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Thanks :) I am debating if it is worth getting a new set from Unicomp for the other two if I end up selling them, not sure if the increase in value would cover the cost of the caps.
The other thing being that the one in best condition is the '88 version, which has slightly different caps to the other two in terms of legend clarity etc. Would prefer to keep the '88 caps with the '88 board, etc.

Enough keycaps to make one complete M!

Not enough for two though.

Grats on the find :)

If you're planning a bolt mod, you could keep one for spare parts.  The second could be the bolt mod experiment.  And the third the one you use daily until you get the second one working.

I may do that, but will probably hold off till I get the SDL/USB cable I just ordered so I can ascertain which boards work.. Got so many projects on the boil too, I might need to just not touch these till I am done with everything else. Custom board based on Kaliet's 70% PCB is nearly done, but I still have about 4-5 Sprit boards in various configurations when they eventually get to me, not to mention my own take on a carbon fibre case, which may go with a custom PCB with new controller and firmware.. I guess I could try the bolt mod before I move onto Matias/ALPS :P

Got my 23UB.

Generously wrapped in bubbles and braved through some freezing temperatures and wet snow outside.

Why, its Huang Zhen Nan himself!
edit: This is worded weirdly, it is infact not me, but Huang Zhen Nan is infact, Huang Zhen Nan
