Heh, since I'm spending the majority of my time in Canada this summer it seems, I might just take the Canadian orders with me across the border and mail them in country, since they'll get there sooner. (It won't save anyone any money, myself included, but its faster.) What I mean by that is that I'll likely be heading back up to Canada immediately after I finish mailing these out, so the +1 day on me driving up to Canada and mailing them the next day is less than it will be for the mail transit time.
This is all hypothetical at this point, but I'll keep you guys posted, and even if that happens, anyone that wants me to mail them from the US I can.
