From what I can see its really random. I have a received time stamp of 11:59:59. There are others with 11:59:59 that got in, but also those with 12:00:00 that got in, and those with time stamps of 12:00:00 that didn't get in.

 Chances are that everyone who got one had a timestamp of exactly 12:00 on cc's side. So it's really a matter of the whim of the network latency gods as to what order your message arrived in his mailbox.

I can say that after participating in one of these sales, I really understand  where the anger toward clack speculators comes from.

Overall, it's been a fun experience though. Thanks to everyone for sharing tips, tricks, and memories, and thanks to clickclack most of all for his fun caps.
