Is there a cure for Windows pimple caps on RFs?

Some people find the Windows key rather obnoxious, especially the pimply ones. If I dropped the bucks required for a RF, I definitely would want to clear up that acne.

Is there a replacement cap that would match the rest on the board?

You can buy hhkb key caps and use the 1x sized alt key caps in place of the bubbled windows keycaps on your realforce.

That is all you can do at this time, is use the HHKB alt/opt, comand/meta and fn keys which is nice for Mac users. Hopefully with more Topre keyboard models recently (Type Heaven, Leopold F660C)maybe more choices of keycaps will become available?

They may be better if you call those bubble keys instead of pimple keys.
