I keep the bench pretty warm.

I pop back 300 calories quicker than most knock out 100.

A couple thousand a day.

That's 90.7185Kg (assuming the OP is in pounds).
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I'm happy to sit on a bench and watch someone else lift over 200.

Well over 200 but I don't bench regularly (not gymming it these days). I'm kicking a couple thousand calories a day easy. Metabolism. 6'0' almost 200 (should be 185). I've never felt I was built to bench heavy weights.

Kurplop, you're an animal. What hand surgery...like my self-performed thingy last month?

I had carpal tunnel release surgery done yesterday on my right hand. The surgeon said the median nerve was smashed pretty bad. Left hand later this year. The condition may not improve but it should arrest further degradation.

Hmmm.... I've only gone out with girls that weigh 125 or less and used to have a height range of 5'4-5-10" but now will go out with slightly shorter. These are european decent (white, cracker, gringo) girls.

I weigh 190 and can do 210, so I am good with that.  I am not a regular at the gym lately (used to do 30+ hrs. a week), but just not that into it with the new baby.  Motocross keeps me where I want to be.

I don't bench, benches are for sitting. How many muscle ups can you guys do? I do usually 11 to 13, first 8 to 10 are really stable. Then I start struggling to get to the 13th rep.

Bench press has little to do with overall body strength, so I don't really get why it's so important to folks. When I was able to parallel squat a 200 lb. barbell 25 times (stronglifts 5x5), that felt like a real whole body strength achievement. I need to get back to lifting.

It's just one of the areas I'd like to improve since I'm working out anyways..

I just wanted to find out about how much the over 200 people are eating, so I can go in that direction. As IS, I don't eat very much.

I can bench 150 5-6 times. But really can't even fathom over 200 right now..

It's like so heavy..... wtf...

Asian girls to me just don't look like they have very good baby making capabilities..

I only like the bigger ones.. No heavier than me though, that'd be just a lil' too unwieldy..

I agree that the bench press has less to do with overall body strength than the squat or deadlift. in some ways, it's the lazy mans lift; do a hard set and you are barely breathing hard. Compare that with a set of squats where your lungs are pounding through your chest. The triceps and pecs just aren't that big compared to the gluts and quads. It is also a lift you do laying down. Case closed.

"How much ya benching?" Ahh, I benefitted from that ubiquitous inquiry uttered through gyms and locker rooms worldwide. I use to love to hear it because I was disproportionately good at it compared to other lifts.

I would probably only modify your statement a little by saying that the bench press has less to do with overall strength than some other lifts rather than little to do with overall strength.

Computer use probably.

I workout twice a week to not become a super fattie. I used to be a fattie, then i started becoming a Super fattie when I went completely ONLINE.

I make it a point to do my Offline workout now. :D

jumprope 10mins
dumbell chest press 45lb x10rep x3set
shoulder fly 15lbs x8reps x6set
slow pullups x8reps x3 sets
slow chinups x8reps x3 sets

This is all in 40-50mins

I do one of these per week.

My second work out day is the same thing with lighter weights, and I skip the jumprope.

That's 90.7185Kg (assuming the OP is in pounds).

If that's the case then that's 1.5 times my body weight :). I'm 190cm and 61kg (that's 6'3", 135 pounds). I can safely say I can't bench 200 pounds

170lbs. I am going to start being more serious in the gym though rather than messing around doing random lifts.

random lifts is good for general weight loss because it doesn't let your body settle into a routine where it works extremely efficiently, THUS not burning as much fat/energy

I probably can't bench more than 50lbs lmao. I have no muscle mass, yet no fat either. 130lbs @ 5'11" and I easily eat well over 2.5k calories a day if I had to estimate.

I can bench over 200 easily enough. I used to bench 300+ back in high school but I haven't really been into the gym as much as I should since that time. I really need to get back to that.

naw dude, you can probably do 100+ if you go to the gym for 2 weeks.  Part of it is just learning how to use the muscles you do have.

I meant like doing a few pull-ups then curl for a bit then leg press and not always doing enough to push my body on that particular lift.

One thing is required for that to happen. Effort haha. Not to mention I'd look extremely awkward with any form of muscularity lol.

I don't bench, but I can eat 3 000 000 - 3 500 000 calories per day without gaining weight, seems I burn a lot :3
HOW
TELL ME HOW

LOLOL.. I think he ment 3000 Calories which is  3000000 calories

big C for Kcal,  and little c for cal

Right, you use this nutrition/diet calorie thing over there instead of kcal (kilo calories = 1000 calories)
So lets just say ~ 12 550 kJ or ~ 145 W worth of food for simplicities sake...
