I think I bricked my 3000 that I am trying to sell because I was trying to help someone figure out how to program it because there are no in-depth guides and I was just guessing around w/ what to open based on guides ;_;

Bricked a keyboard?   Can't say I've heard of that before.

Sorry to hear.  :-/

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

A jumper that expensive? Must be some posh kind of wool.
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

The mother****ers at the USPS. ^_^

So my order of Sprit Springs wasn't stolen.

They placed it in the PO Box when the box CLEARLY has the office address.

So now I have an extra set of springs in the mail.

Hah, nice. Don't you have a pickup service from your mailbox? Do you have to schedule that or can you just leave it there?

It feels weird going back to an iPhone. But it's good to use the apps I've been missing for the last 6 months.

My "new" car with 19k miles is already suffering from problems with the belts. Great. There goes part of my weekend. Have a warranty with Carmax for a whopping 30 days, so I'll take it to them so they can replace the belt. Good thing I live about 5 minutes driving from them! And I could walk around elsewhere and be entertained if they decide to take forever. Going into a dealer knowing the issue is nice though, so if they try to give me baloney I can feed it right back to them  :p

Organised for UPS to pick up my Lumia today to get it repaired. They didn't turn up.

Bastards.
Bruh, I've scheduled numerous pick ups with usps and the sons of *****es never pick **** up. The worst part? After I drop it off I get an email saying "your pick up has been a success!"  **** you usps.

Hah, nice. Don't you have a pickup service from your mailbox? Do you have to schedule that or can you just leave it there?

It feels weird going back to an iPhone. But it's good to use the apps I've been missing for the last 6 months.

i dont trust my neighborhood to leave it by my mailbox. ive already had a 300 dollar package stolen. so i schedule it so they pick it up at my front door. but they've never done it. it's usually whatever because i get it they might forget or something. but then that damn email comes through basically mocking me.
No, he’s not around. How that sound to ya? Jot it down.

A small Post Office box is only $30 per 6 months.
Anything that won't fit is held for you until you come in. Only problem is jackass sellers who refuse to ship to PO boxes.
"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

I don't get much stuff in the mail anymore to justify spending 30 bucks tbh.

Ivan't PBT R4 still isn't in. I'm relying on its 7u spacebar for my GON. I have been using a ghetto "0" numpad key as a spacebar, forcing me to use my right thumb instead of my usual left. How the hell do you savages who use your right thumb survive?  :-\

Naps.

Can't take one. They also turn into 8 hr sleep. Now here I am 4 hrs away from going to work and I'm wide awake. All because I wanted to take a nap after work. Damn it.

That sucks.  I've resorted to getting 4-5 hours of sleep before work and 2-4 after work even though I hate naps too, because that's just the only way I'm going to get 8-9 hours of sleep a day  :(

I've tried everything to keep my naps down to 1 hr. Next thing I know it's 11pm.
