I think, for some people, passive aggression is anything that's not direct face-to-face contact. A direct email to the person, though, I'd consider direct confrontation.

Probably just his local ones.  They certainly don't have corporate-level racism in place (I hope! ).

I work in Operational Security, which I usually refer to as just "IT" since that is more common. As you can imagine, being in IT means our social skills are not usually high level.

Yeah, I figured; just wanted to know his personal experiences. Thankfully, I haven't been profiled much in my life, or at least not enough to warrant any sort of rant.

He is short, so that'd really set him off. ) On more than one occasion I have thought I should just quit because I have a hard time dealing with this. The thing is that when he is not like this, everything is wonderful. But that man harbors a grudge like no ones business. Things could go on like this for a month, or more.

She is, I must know how the boss's escapade to Dave and Buster's went!

That is another incident where he got pissed off at me and stormed off. Then he never spoke of it again, even though I did try to explain myself.  Actually, now that I come to think of it, that is probably what started all of this in the first place. He has probably been mad at me since then and I only now picked up on it.

For real! And in the actual email contents I was super pointed. The tone of the actual content wasn't passive aggressive! This is what I mean...no matter what I do, I feel like I can't win. But only when he is in *****y mode.

I'm so sorry. Do you have a relationship with anyone in HR?  Anyone you could ask for advice on how to proceed?  Make sure they understand you are trying to find a solution to work better with him, not tattling. 

I had a tex mex bacon thick burger from Hardee's around midnight, I can't stop thinking how good having another one sounds but I won't be anywhere near a Hardee's anytime soon.

Wendy's has their Bacon and Blue burger in the winter time here, but it varies by region. That thing is awesome. If you have one, check it out.

Sounds like your boss is the sadly all too typical horrific tech "manager" with little to no management skills. The Peter Principle is usually all too evident in our field, and the company's don't really help much because his boss is probably just as bad and can't help him develop those skills either...

Go to your "show posts" and go to the very last page, on the left will be the overall count of all your posts including ones that don't add onto your shown post count. This'll be my 530th post but only says 385 for me. Mainly due to classifieds and the current stoppage.

Project Mirai DX, I was looking for a good two months now for a PAL copy, which was made but in super low amounts unlike the US release I just I mean JUST last night at 11.47PM ordered one from Germany with the help of a lovely friend and now got a email for a sale or some newsletter and as I'm happyily reading down see that its up for order for another run in December ;-; I'm not even mad its being rerun but made that I now know I have a german copy with the german box on its way to me when I could get a UK box .-.

I just going to play it then sell the german one when I get the Uk release .-.
