Welcome to Geekhack!

Ducky Shine?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Ducky shine would be my first pick for backlight keyboard. If you don't mind adding the led yourself Plum 96 or Neo Zelia could be very interesting. Runner ups would be Keycool, IDFactory, Noppoo, Vortex.
The biggest con to backlight keyboard, is pretty much all of them use terrible keycap. It's very important to make sure to pick keyboard that doesn't use any funny non standard key size so you can replace them with easy to find aftermarket options.

Top ramen is like 20 cents per pack..  typical meals are $8...

So if you save $7.80 per meal...  in 15.5 days.. You'll have the extra $120.00 for the egdx..

Flawless logic that I can't dispute about.

And this is only the savings on 1 meal per day... If you save on 3 meals a day.. you can have $120 in 5 days.
