I think all you need is an american bank account..

Deposit $100,000  in any bank account, and i'm pretty sure they'll let you open any credit card you want.

If you Deposit $400,000,  they approve your Visa..

If you ever feel like a 6 hr ride come on up to the workshop sometime and make a key.  You get to keep whatever you make   I'm the unofficial east coast attraction lulz
