I just got my AMCO mesh 13" oil splash screen..
It works perfectly..
Just made some sunny side up..
The water vapor escapes, while the oil splatters hit the mesh..
And the un intended consequence is that I can see through the mesh better than a glass pan cover, because the glass types fog up and/or the liquid condensate greatly distorts pan-to-eye visual acuity..
I'm getting the best sunny side ever here, because I could see exactly when the side of the yokes have finished cooking..
This is the happiest purchase I've made in a while... It WORKS super good..
Can't wait to try it out with bacon later..
Hopefully the amazon reviews are real, as this is the only screen on there that doesn't have reviews of "Rusting"
