Oysters, Clams, and Cockles! ---> Anyone out there with some favorite sardines?

I'm trying to clean up my diet from processed crap and I'm getting mighty tired of chicken.

SO... I thought about getting some canned sardines ... ANY recommendations?

Nothing from the grocery store is going to be any good probably. I'm not sure about sardines, but I get some pretty great anchovies and some other canned stuff from Zingerman's

I've heard good things about wild planet wild sardines. I would eat then with saltines and some onion with a drop of mustard.

I've been eating lots of tuna lately but it's the processed crap in a pouch.

Deeep Fried Oysters..

You guys gotta try it..

Not the big oysters,  the small ones..


If you deep fry the large ones,  they're have too much liquid, and are usually "too fishy smelling"
