Need suggestions! Work Holiday Festivities

I recently got a job and as tradition new employees plan a week of Christmas holiday festivities leading up to a xmas party. I was hoping y'all had some ideas for activities that I could suggest to the other new employees.

An example of one of the activities they did last year was a christmas themed door decoration contest. Any suggestions are helpful! Thanks in advance

If you wanted to stay more traditional you could do a secret santa?

Paintball.... sweet sweet paintball. Nothing says merry Christmas like a volley of balls paint... into your boss... good times.

Have everyone make a small craft. Use glitter or something messy to make people laugh. We do this every year and it is always a hit. Just make it simple.

Ugly Xmas sweaters the entire week

Baking contest, ugly sweater contest, small Christmas tree decorating contest, if you live somewhere with snow just go sledding

Honestly, the best office party I ever attended involved alcohol and a huge D&D game. A lot of people had never played before, myself included, and we had a really great DM who kept if lively but simple and let us bend the rules a little in the name of fun. My character got laid, so now I can say I got laid at an office party.
