Exercising WHILE working is not necessary,
When I first started using my standing desk, I was feeling -the-burn- after 20 minutes..
I went and bought a tall bar stool so I can switch after about 2 hours.. My desk isn't easily height adjustable..
Also, I got a cheapo bar stool, which is quite light weight, in retrospect, this is good because you can easily lift it and move it out of the way..
Whereas, if I spent the money on an expensive one, I'd have a hard time switching between sitting/standing.
If you're a very-very heavy guy though, Prolly don't want to get a cheapo bar-stool, it might tip-over or explode on you..
