The science seems to say it's alrite..

Most of them indicates that Eating cholesterol does Not Increase cholesterol..

As your liver naturally compensates by producing less, if you are receiving them from diet.

Whacha'll think... ??

Well, most of the time sickness like cholesterol is genetics
someone like my brother who run marathon and really really watch what he eats still get damn high colesthrol level

so if you've done blood check and it's good, why not, I know a friend who eat half dozen of egg every day
but are you not worried about pimples? haha I do

Yolk has all the best nutrients and most protein, yes its higher in cholesterol than the whites (racist) but unless you have high cholesterol already, yolks to get yolked Tp4!
