2000 barrels, that doesn't make sense..

That ship doesn't look large enough for 2000 barrels.

they really should give more visual cues as to the scale of the ships and the whale..

I get that they're trying to impart that it's BIG..  but it's hard to tell HOW BIG it is..

hrrrmm... looks pretty neat how they can navigate by sol and star

wonder how hard that is..

Nothing machined could be within 0.01mm back then.. I wonder what precision they can get..

Oh snap, whale vengeance..

I'm surprised they had gunpowder weapons,

but no black powder harpoons or explosive tips..

Hrrm.. guess that was invented much later..

they probably couldn't machine a good enough seal for a detonator system back then..

Hrrrm.. the bearded dude is understandably upset about having to resort to cannibalism..

But it's Not at all illogical..   Seems perfectly legit given the circumstances..

Hubris.

Hubris is our downfall..

We can push back and win against any individual system ..

but it is a hopeless cause against to divert the entire flow..

dying must've been a big deal back then.. they're very emotional about it.

seems quite the more commonplace today..

How profitable was whale oil..

gotta look more into this..  it just doesn't make sense,  what could you do with whale oil that you couldn't do with wood...

Michael Wolff says he urged Epstein to release information he had on Trump, but Epstein appeared worried about what Trump would do to him.
Epstein told him, “I may be a pervert, but I’m not crazy.” Epstein continued, "Trump is a man without any scruples.”
