That's just it, their ToS is so vague in some areas that you can find violations almost everywhere. This is nothing new though, it's just that for a long time, while they were growing, they didn't care and it wasn't a problem. But now that they are at maxing out servers some days and they have other competition (reddit hosting), it seems like they are getting more strict and selectively going through the big ToS violator sites as they catch them.
Things like this, the constant App/Ad nagging on mobile, the issues with batch uploading, etc are all signs we should probably be moving on to the next host.
