Have you looked into green smoothies? You need a fairly strong blender (I got a Vitamix used off craigslist) but they are so amazing if you don't like eating veggies. I toss in several handfuls of kale, a little water, avocado, juice from half a lemon (this is key if you like it tart!), and a bunch of different fruits. It's basically tastes like a regular fruit smoothie, and it's way easier than eating all that kale on its own.

Seriously? Well, the one I make isn't too crazy. If you can eat fruits like strawberries, kiwis, banana, grapes, and pineapple... and if you can eat kale... then you should be ok to combine them all together into a delicious, fruity slurry! ;D
The one I did, I did with frozen fruits..
I think I should've left the kale unfrozen.. that way it'd blend smoother..
The abomination I made was a bit gritty..
And idk, if there's a difference between Young kale and OLD kale like in other leaf vegetables, but i definitely got the OLD kale that time which was way too stiff..
