NE1 figure this out ?

Tp4's tried it a few times,  but really, what happens is, you're not full, and in between each meal, it's like, snack snack snack snackity snacks.

Last I heard this is one of the food myths and not really true. It's far more important what you eat than how frequently you do so.

Trying it the last few days, eating alot of bananas / sweet potato in between meals.
