Breaking Bad, even though the ending was great im going to miss watching new episodes.

Better Call Saul?

Season 2 airing now.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

You guys must have had a pretty nice childhood or I'm grossly underestimating the ****tiness of Adulthood, because I can't wait to have the means to move out and have a modicum of decision making.

There are pros and cons.

Yup the older you get the more you realize how nice childhood was.

Of course there are some children who live through awful situations. I'm speaking generally.

Mostly having human interaction of any kind... Used to live in the best part of town, near all my friends, and we'd smoke and play Project M all night. Now I live with my parents again (got really sick, so did my roomie and we couldn't afford rent) so now I'm just sitting here, doing nothing, browsing GH at 7:43 am cause I haven't been able to sleep and have no desire to. Luckily I start my job on Friday, so maybe I'll be able to get some money and visit my friends, get keyboard stuff, and maybe eek out a meager living and make myself at least a little happy. Who knows...

You were no longer able to afford rent because you were sick?
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Well yeah when you get strep throat, and your roomate gets an ear infection, strep, and bronchitis... yes. You can not work. I actually was working near the end, but my roomate was sick for over two weeks, near hospitilization.
