Tortilla control.
« on: Sat, 22 February 2020, 15:07:05 »
Does anyone buy a fresh bag of tortilla, lose control, and eat pretty much the whole bag in 1 sitting ?

They're so gud'..  They're already lightly salted,  so one can just down them in front of the PC, even without stuffings.

Ate a whole bag, ~40 tortilla.. + some mint tea. watchn' jojo rabit.  Hilarious movie

I get the super high fiber ones. They slide right out the other end.

Tp4 prefers the soft ones w/o as much fibre,  Tp4 eats lotso fib from other sources though on 100% Veggie.

Nah, but tortilla chip is my preferred chip type. They are made out of the same thing, right? Well a corn tortilla at any rate.

This is something I'll agree with you on TP. I buy tortillas to make wraps for lunch & usually end up housing a good half bag before I make anything out of them. Although I'm weird like that I love all kinds of breads & stuff like that just plain by itself. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

hmmm, haven't done this with tortillas before but i can see where you're coming from. i think those store bought tortillas have oils/fat to make them soft and chewy. there's a bakery in our local chinatown that makes killer dinner rolls that i have eaten in bulk before, ate half a loaf in one sitting once, hahaha. carbs are irresistible

Less than an hour ago I resisted opening a new bag of my favorites - Tostitos "Salsa Verde" flavor.
Citizens United violates the essence of what made America a great country in its political system. Now it’s just an oligarchy, with unlimited political bribery being the essence of getting the nominations for president or to elect the president.
So now we’ve just seen a complete subversion of our political system as a payoff to major contributors, who want and expect and sometimes get favors for themselves after the election’s over.”

Adults are allowed to open as many bags of tostitos as they want .. have you tried it with their nacho cheese dip.

I would go even further - throw peppers, onions and chicken on a pan, fry it, throw lattice on tortilla, add sour cream and throw few big spoons of that hot goodness...

....

You see what you did to me now! I'm hungry now, want my fajitas, want it now!
..wait.. I'm on a diet...  :'(

Medium sized, ~4000 calories total over 2hours.   I skipped dinner that day though.
