Imagine transport-sector has a lazy operator who wakes up @ 1pm.

The tank factory has already built 2 Tanks by then,  and they would've been SHIPPED had Transport began On-Time.


This is exactly what happens to the human body's immune system when we distort our Sleep/Wake cycle away from the NATURALLY-programmed circadian rhythm optimized by millions of years of evolution.

If a person was to drink a quantity of poison. The fatal-dosage is higher during the day, than it is at night.   This broadly demonstrates the importance and impact of circadian Schedules for living organisms.
