Been using it for years, it's fine. It's 2/3rds NaCl anyway.

Not sure anyone sells that Oo . That might be toxic, given the way the Na/K balance is fundamental to your body operating.

Got the 2lb bag.

Pretty spensive,  but,  figure if it works fine, Tp4 can get it from tractor supply brine tank version, which is wayyyyyy cheaper.

It's 100% KCl

Internet says it's safe to replace NaCl as long as you don't have kidney problems or take certain medication.

Taste,  not as salty as salt, maybe 80%-ish, has a slight bitter aftertaste,  definitely can't notice the aftertaste in a stir fry, but it's there.

The taste is another reason most low-Na salts are only partly KCl.

Might interest to know you that KCl is the chemical they use to kill you with lethal injections :p .

I think people, Americans especially, tend to way oversalt their food. I only use salt as a prep ingredient, never add more to completed dishes because it is already salted. There should be zero reason for you to reach for the salt at a restaurant, or for a premade meal. Just use less salt. It is not hard to do.
