Interesting idea. My workstations have 3 monitors: 27 inch in the center flanked by two 24 inch. It would seem to make sense to fill in the seams and just have one curved screen. However, this would actually not suit all my needs. This is because in my situation I use the triple monitor setup with 3 computers: Mac, Linux, and Windows. I have various options via Synergy software and/or switches on the monitors to use any combination of the 3 monitors with 3 computers. So, for example, I can have each monitor showing output from each computer, a single computer showing its output on all 3 monitors, or anything in between. Therefore, for this kind of setup, a single curved monitor would not work for all of the options that I use.
