never tried but I guess it would be very much like the basil seeds which we asians pretty much enjoy
I think the basil seed in drinks is similar to then tapioca bubbles, both of which are only there to make the drink less boring, because the addition themselves don't really change the taste, only the texture and mouth feel.
right, you either use it as a side add-on to the main drink/dish or you have to add flavors but I doubt the chia seeds create any special taste though, look at the bottle in OP, it's rasberry flavored.
Man talking about basil seeds just make me miss those desert treat in Vietnam
I will make sure to eat a lot of them when I come back this summer
