Not an expert, but the show "The thick of it" is pretty good, and so the is the fantastic film based off of the show "In the loop"

Will confirm that Peep Show and The Thick of It are good.

Black Books and Misfits are a couple of shows I would recommend.

Inbetweeners is quite cheeky m8, swear on me mum (am I doing it right?)

First three seasons of skins was great also. After they started changing cast it became meh.

The Inbetweeners! Love it. I have yet to watch skins, but that is on Netflix so I have no excuse.

Skins was ok, only watched the first two seasons I think? But it was pretty dumb most of the time.

Phonex Nights is genious though as is the spin off 'max and paddys road to nowhere'

i'd agree that black books is good also...
and if you haven't seen 'spaced' i'd recommend that..
and also.. 'green wing' is good.

or.. if you all are looking for some really dark comedy...
highly suggest trying to find chris morris jam eppisode one. can be found on youtube.
or maybe even brass eye...  that's good too

those are some of my favorites.

another show that has a kind of cult following would be 'nathan barley'.
that's also a pretty damn good show.

Hoff is mine.

Just don't sit in the passenger seat of his car in turkey country.

"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

Ask him about Akimbo's Northgate tour.

black books is one show that has always felt like it ended too soon for me.
shame there isn't more, but then again probably for the best.
i don't like it when shows get stale.
