Body Battery
« on: Sat, 22 August 2015, 12:18:12 »
So...

Whenever I eat mucho food the 1 day and not at all exercise,  the next day, I would feel Over-energized // sweaty // and a sensation best described as "hottish"

-hottish is this warm feeling that you're on the edge of breaking a sweat but, you're not actually sweating..

Now,  if we think about typical lithium cells..  If you leave them charged all the way up to 4.3-4.7volts,  they wouldn't last nearly as long as if they were stored at lower voltages..

So perhaps our body's chemical energy system works in a similar fashion

That ,   because of our sedentary lifestyle,  we enter a PEAK charge state,  where there's an uncomfortable level of "energy-pressure"

Thoughts ?

I guess  my tummy is the accumulate roll-over..

But over all,  it's the sensation of over-charge cycle that i'm talking about..

It's like if you kept charging your phone when it reaches 90%,   that's very bad for the battery.
