I locked myself out of my own bedroom TWICE in one night.

Not used to living in this type of room that needs a key with no outside handle.


The fact that I could break back into my own room by picking the window locks only prove that the security detail is needlessly tedious, and worthless..


I will be installing all new locks and window locks once I get settled..

security window issues? try these

i have em on all my windows, especially great when you have a window AC (i mean they could just lift up the window and enter, wtf! The velcro might look silly, but it's also a good way to install something w/o drilling holes into the frame (landlord issues). You only need 1 per window. It feels pretty impossible to HULK your way opening this window w/o basically breaking the glass.

Think about installing new screws too if you want your door to protect you. Most doors are screwed in w/ 2in screws (door jamb/bolt) which only really just does the door jamb, the 3in screws will get you into the frame/stud at least.
