the only keyboard i have with an internet button is a wireless logitech..

I can't use that keyboard on this pc, because this pc is a work pc, and I need to minimize the installed software as to not increase latency.

Patio furniture? Really? Really? You binge bought patio furniture.

I guess i really want to know? Do you even have a patio? Was it ever outside? I thought tp didn't go outside so why would it need outside furniture?

for a while, I was excited about using a patio tent, so it's like a patio, but inside..

Buhhhh.... after a while, i was like.. tp4 overheating.. requires AC

So... I've discontinued that nonsense..

That's basically a 1.9ghz sandy bridge,

Which is actually the speed found in many of the --budget lappies-- today..  (2016)..  hahahahahhaha

My cpu has ZERO THREADS so like, it would probably average to about 0ghz sandy bridge. ARM processors can outpace my Core 2 Duo :)). When I bought this computer I wanted something to play a bit of WoW and watch some movies/tv. Little did I know I would be rendering CGI stills with the damn thing. I still have my i5-560m from my old lappy. Too bad I can't use it :'(

What's up with the beige box? Still lining up the red strip on the ribbon cables or what?

I forget which direction it was supposed to go. I think the red strip is supposed to be towards the 4pin molex? My recall of those days is a bit fuzzy. When I first started to build my older bro made a big deal about it. Then, a few years later, it didn't matter because they only went in one way? Once again, my Netzero days. Lots of cheetos. zero f's

red strip was a long time ago..

And, manufacturers don't label things uniformly these days..

The other day,  I was opening up two different compressors,   one had positive labeled with dashed lines,  the other had negative labeled with dashed lines..

Ahh yes, the oft forgotten but integral 'Shopping' button. And the power to finance with a single click? Amazing.

You know.. 1024 x768 resolution on the CRT is ideal for WMO..

This must've been the designed resolution for use..   Simply PERFECTION.

I still use my P4 3ghz.

I've got a P4 3GHz that I was using a while back, but my main machine has a 2.26GHz Core 2 Due.  My secondary machine has a 2.93GHz Core 2 Duo.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
