is the bar coming out of the clips? or are the stabs coming out of the pcb?

PCB mounted?

You might just have a broken housing due to pushing it in with too much force when building.

The bar keeps coming out of the housing. I read somewhere that you can jam put something in there that will hold it in there. I travel with this board sometimes and it constantly happens.

u need a new stabilizer..

Worry not, you don't have to desolder the whole thing

What you can do is cut off the bottom pegs of the new stabilizer housing, put some tape surrounding the housing, and just wedge it into the slot..

So it's going to be wedged into the plate..

If you're pcb mounted, then well that's even easier, just buy a new stabilizer. hahahaha
