I found this great coupon for this week for Best Buy!

It's as the title says, the only catch is you must use a Mastercard, and it must be an in store purchase. I'm going to assume if you want something online, and they can order it for you in store, this coupon will also apply.

This is true that Best Buy products are usually overpriced, but it doesn't seem to rule out things like Steam wallet codes and the like

The only things that you can't really get elsewhere for cheaper (brand new at least) that may be of interest for us is computer components and games. They don't generally have a large market for that stuff so they can't buy it in bulk. Everything else though is absolutely a ripoff though.

damn i still have a paypal debit mastercard that i don't use anymore but still works, i love how there is a huge list of things excluded from eligibility.

problem is really i can't think of anything i need from best buy anymore, maybe some headphones? oh wait Sony and Bose headphones aren't eligible and i keep telling myself the next headphone purchase i make will be good ones not some off the shelf crap i have now. hmmmm nope can't think of anything i need that they have. Moving out of Atlanta made me realize just how crappy best buy's are; i miss Fry's and Microcenter.

That sucks. Well at least the ones I'm looking at are not outrageously marked up. I know this because I get no employee discount on the items I'm looking at, and they're surprisingly close in pricing the as the same items I see on Amazon and newegg.

Micro Center is has a lot of awesome things! Headphones are really marked up anywhere you go to buy them.

Those are marked up. The regular cost for Best Buy is way less than retail for those items.

I really hope somebody is held accountable. You don't know how much of a living hell work has been because of that coupon, and I work in Geek Squad! I don't even talk to that many customers! I hate how Best Buy makes moves like this that bring negative media, and somehow expect to turn things around when we're basically a laughing stock showroom for online retailers.
