Key not registering, problem persists despite replacing switch.

As stated in the title, the p key on my keycool 84 is not registering. I swapped this particular switch out, however this did not fix the problem and it turned out that the switch was working after all. Any suggestions are appreciated.

You need to bridge the key.... likely a crack in the pcb or a bad solder joint along the run..
plug in the keyboard, use 2 wires.. and just follow the traces for that key and find the spot where it works..
