Well.. overall the cause of the issue is primarily that the typical street-enforcer comes from the bottom of the barrel of our educational system..

And this isn't really a problem, because these "h8 crimes" are quite rare. since public peace enforcement is dependent on deterrence rather than the actual arrests..

This is really just an inherent inefficiency of a human system..


If you want true Justice.. Bring on the Robo Cops.

NYPD are too dumb to use proxies... i mean come on

(btw i worked near 1 police plaza for a while, it really is the nicest police station from the outside)
