I promote getting swoll and rigid#rigidlife
I've been doing this thing for myself running 3 miles/day and it's been 1.5 months so far.-10 lbs and I feel really good . Also less fatigue throughout the day perhaps (with proper rest).

I work out on average 6 times a week. Mainly weightlifting/powerlifting. Cardio occasionally or I'll do high rep sets at about 60% or super sets. I've gained about 40lbs some last year and feel a lot better about myself. Definitely need to do more sprints or high intensity cardio though.Edit: For reference, I'm 6'4" and 250 lbs now.

Recently i have been adding a whey+pbutter shake post workout and a casein+pbutter shake before bed to add 1000 calories to my day. Been eating around 3000-3500 calories a day for the last 2 weeks and i have gained a pound a week ontop of the workouts. Its been great but all this protein has really made my testorone rise.6ft 160lbs
Someone explain the macros thing. It seems to be the current buzzword.

Going to be living hell when I got back go work at the garage, and back into the pool after that. I swear flies are going to be following me until I jump in.
