I guess the most motivating thing about the tp4 xercise routine is that it's EASY..

I do 25 minutes on my exercise bike.. and that's the whole thing.

The rest of the day, I alternate between a standing desk and seated every two hours.



compare this to people who go to the gym,  feeling self conscious looking at all the buff people,  then they don't go to the gym, and feel bad about paying their membership and not going, 

You could see why that whole gym routine is just not going to work on a psychological level for most people who really need to workout.

And for the majority of people, the gym is a 2 hour round trip routine, because of driving/ packing/ changing clothes..   very hassle full.


Tp4 just gets up .. turn on the tv, watch an episode of The Next Generation while peddling..

Hey, that sounds kind of nice :) I listen to the rap music while I do my thing - the right song can really get you in the zone.

Do you experience similar effects from Mr. Picard and the gang? :)

I'm very lucky that my community has a gym in it that people hardly use. Saves me from a lot of the usual hassles associated with going to one.

Our exercise must be reduced to the lowest time-cost. Because even though we know it's important to stay fit for qualitative reasons, In our mind, it still feels like a giant waste of time..

So to stay mentally motivated.. we have to be able to complete it fast, and simply...
