Just woke up.. time for xercise.
Nice TP. I've been trying to do a lot more of that lately. What helps motivate you?
Apart from grills
I guess the most motivating thing about the tp4 xercise routine is that it's EASY..
I do 25 minutes on my exercise bike.. and that's the whole thing.
The rest of the day, I alternate between a standing desk and seated every two hours.
compare this to people who go to the gym, feeling self conscious looking at all the buff people, then they don't go to the gym, and feel bad about paying their membership and not going,
You could see why that whole gym routine is just not going to work on a psychological level for most people who really need to workout.
And for the majority of people, the gym is a 2 hour round trip routine, because of driving/ packing/ changing clothes.. very hassle full.
Tp4 just gets up .. turn on the tv, watch an episode of The Next Generation while peddling..
