Just wanted to provide a status update on my wok cooking skills. Unfortunately, it has taken a backseat (for now) due to the high oil content that is required to get a good tasting stir fry or pad thai.Curious if anyone else has battles with wanting to use their wok vs eating healthy??
You can stir fry with just WATER.. and 7.4 grams per meals of oil.
