Season 1 had pretty gud' HDR,  season 2 should be no diff.

NOPE! Not with the drastic nosedive the first season did. And with Locke and Key recently being released and having the exact same issue, I've little faith in NF's ability to sustain good writing throughout an entire season. They need to stop ordering 10+ episodes for all their original series. Why not just make 6 good episodes for a season?

There's never a promise on perfect follow through.

In general though, I think overall the Acarbon world setting is interesting enough to sustain the show, even with a trite plot.

Just rewatched Episode 1,   The HDR is actually quite fantastic.

I think they've prolly mastered it on Dolby Pulsar 4000nit machines.

I hope they tone-down the HDR a bit for season 2.

watched episode 2 s 1 just now,  and realizing there're HDR highlights in practically Every scene,  It hurts your eyes after 10 minutes of this nonstop.

Netflix: Todd, I want HDR highlights in every scene.

Todd:  you sure, how bout 50% of them. we should use them for emphasis.

Netflix: EVERY SCENE Todd,  EVERY SCENE, people want more HDR.   This lamp, HDR lamp, that flash light, HDR flashlight, that light cast on his face, HDR light cast ,  this reflection, IT MUST BE HDR reflection.. That cloud, Make it hdr cloud, it's not HDR enough,  those lasers, they should be HDR^999,  those sparklers, they'renot sparkly enough, HDR sparklers. 

It's pretty clear they spent at least half their budget on buying LEDs. christ.. everywhere. LEDS.

Apparently, there's a complaint around that they took away all the secs scenes in Altered Carbon S2,  as soon as Brotha got to play the main male lead.   Those racist bastards. Hhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Tp4 much prefers the lack of weird secs stuff in S2, but How legit do ya'll think that theory is ?  Hahahahahahahaaha
