Checkn' deep web, pretty much nothing came up on Coronavirus on the surface.

Have read conspiracy that the fervent media coverage is a distraction to tune american audience away from the epstein (and constituants) scandal + election-news.

Allegedly many high-lvl gov officials and captains of industry are involved.

Yes, there are a lot of people affected, especially in China. The Chinese government has not done a good job of reporting the amount of people that are actually afflicted, and it censors anyone who speaks out against the government. It is dangerous because there is no freedom of the press, and people are routinely discouraged from saying anything against the government.

Yes, there are a lot of people affected, especially in China. The Chinese government has not done a good job of reporting the amount of people that are actually afflicted, and it censors anyone who speaks out against the government. It is dangerous because there is no freedom of the press, and people are routinely discouraged from saying anything against the government.

There are 2 sides to this.  In non-nuclear related emergency cases, Panic is worse than censorship.

This is especially true when you consider that the majority of the population are NOT engineers.

If the entirety of society was composed of engineers, world peace achieved. Unfortunately, that is not the case. You've got engineers, and you've got many more riff-raffs.

There is reaction to solve problems, and reaction to burn down store fronts and loot BigScreenTVs.

To be clear, TP4 would totally be stealing all the TVs.

Now, in terms of a Convergence Economy, whereby the nation is catching up on GDP and Technology, it is far more time efficient to have command economy and vertical integration along with a totalitarian command structure.

Government is a balance of Rights and Getting-Things-Done.

That's why you don't involve corporations in the government. That's Europe right now. People in China do not have many rights. They are living under a totalitarian regime, and the government of China is more focused on limiting speech against it than protecting the people. There are soldiers in the streets to make sure people don't protest.

As an individual, our rights and body are the only things we have, our view gives 100% weight to those possessions. The government is not considerate of that, it can't be.  The government has to balance the desire of the people with Long term productivity goals as a NATION of people.

These differences in appropriations between Liberties and Productivity takes time to adjust.

Eventually, they'll get to individual rights, and workers union, and all that.

Yes, TP, but you cannot have a developed economy, and ways of communication with an authoritarian government. It will eventually cave in, as it is doing now; no country can sustain itself on communism.

China is not communist, just as America isn't democratic.

All governments are fundamentally Oligarchies.  The implosion the way you're describing it is merely the erosion process whereby the Flock is satiated and no longer hungry, thus releasing them from the control of established oligarchical structures.

America has been at it longer, and baring' any drug induced dulling of the populace, the society here is further along this more equal power path.

Given time, why should a plumber make less money than an engineer, and why should an engineer make less money than his boss.

These things just take time. China's process is not different from that of any other nation.
