Anyone tried contact RAMA Works
« on: Mon, 19 October 2020, 09:22:13 »
Hi all, just wanted to see if anyone tried to contact RAMA Works on change of mailing address recently? Have tried to reach out to them on their support email but not hearing back from them.

Negative. How long as it been since you've received a response? It hasn't been unusual for me to not receive immediate responses from a lot of companies/places during this stupid pandemic.

Hi, I made the order about a week ago, and have been following up with emails very 2 days. Strange that they are not responding. They are usually quite prompt in doing so even with the pandemic going on. The thing is I am moving out my current place (last minute notice) in a couple of weeks and thought to at least get them to acknowledge my change of address. Sooo kinda urgent to the extent that I move out lol.

They responded to me immediately on Instagram, but then asked me to mail them where they haven't answered for over a week now.

Same here. I managed to get them on Insta but was also directed to email. Been 1.5 weeks. Strange for them to go quiet as they are usually very prompt.

I reached out to them on three occasions this past month to sort out various matters related to orders. I waited from 3-8 days for responses. I also got email auto-replies each time stating the following:

Quote
"We're currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of support tickets/emails.
The team is working hard to get to your request. Tickets can take some time to resolve and we will get back to you as soon as possible but can take up to a week."

They more or less were true to their word, and were always very helpful once I did get a reply.

I know they announced in one of their recent blog/update posts, that they were in the middle of moving to a new warehouse.  So with that in mind and a high load of messages/emails, moving, and another board launching soon - I'm sure they are pretty over-whelmed and busy.  But since it's out of their norm, I'm sure they will get to everything in time.

I've contacted them twice and they responded both times within 3 business days. However to be clear, I was contacting them about an existing order I placed, so I do not know if they may or may not be prioritizing support tickets based on actual orders because they were closing in on the end of a group buy date. (both messages were before and around Oct 30th).

If you create an account and use their support page and fil a ticket, they should get back to you. Especially now when they are filling extra spots in the group buy.
