Tp4 is a big fan of the Asgards from Stargate, they are so kewl. The right balance of enlightened, intellectual and empathetic.

Aliens and Predators by far. NT covered it pretty well xD .

The Thing is my shared-favourite horror film but I somehow don't think of them when I think of aliens.
