Artists will prolly do ok.

Just did some packagn' wurk.

Back in the day, Tp4 had to be on the line with the art person for HOURS, just to communicate what's required annnnd a long back and forth, because human, making mockups. etc.

Now, Tp4 just hits the AI slot machine generator, and gets 90% of what's required out of it, send to artist, She basically 1-shots it, and it meets all the spec.

So, the artists is indeed BOOSTED by AI,  not necessarily diminished.

There will probably be more mechanical oriented design houses picking up all the people with the basic photoshop skills needed to photochop.

Artistic vision is difficult to cultivate, you have to be much older, but you only need a few of these guys, running a team of fotochopprs.

This is prolly how commercial use art will unfold.

These design teams will probably be integrated into the medium / large companies,  they probably won't need to hire out anymore.

So large studios that do call ins won't serve the big corps, won't be as lucrative as before unless they can make up for it in volume. The surviving ones are probably the integrated ones with final product printing.

Independents, mm.... yea they can probably still get work, but they're not going to like the work, because you got ****ty small company grunts calling in who have no idea how ART even works, like TP4.
